All orders are subject to our terms and conditions, All descriptions and photographic images displayed on our website are only intended to give a general idea of the products and goods provided for .We accept orders via email, post, telephone or by our website.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
All prices are subject to change without notice, these will be reviewed accordingly.
DELIVERY
We use reputable and reliable haulage companies with delivery services to Mainland UK. All other destinations can be discussed with a member of our team.
Delivery services: Orders are sent on our standard service (3 to 5 business days, Mon-Fri). Large and/or heavy products will be quoted individually. Non-delivery: Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within two days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns – Damaged Goods
We ask that all reports of damaged goods are presented to us within 24hours with photographic evidence. A member of our team will then contact you to discuss options. If any item is visibly damaged upon delivery, it is suggested that you refuse delivery.
Returns – Unwanted Orders
You may return unwanted goods, this will be at your own expense and all returned goods are to be returned in complete and in pristine condition within 14 days of your purchase. In the case of special orders, bespoke products- items may be non-returnable if this applies to you, you will be made aware upon ordering. We reserve right to deduct shipping that we paid to the shipping company.
Returns – Bespoke Orders
Refunds are not given on any bespoke, made-to-order goods unless faulty.
Returning Orders
When returning goods for any reason you must:
First be in agreement with CamworQ Ltd to the return of the item(s)
Please ensure that all items are adequately packed
Include proof of purchase and the reason for a return
Please make sure that all goods are properly insured to their full value. Any damaged or missing goods will be chargeable.

PAYMENT
We accept payments by credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, via our web site, phone or in person be subject to. Credit accounts are available to customers by prior agreement.

ORDER CANCELLATION
All purchased stock items may be returned in original packaging and in saleable, unused condition. A re-stocking fee may be charged. Non-stock, special order items or machinery cannot be returned.
